I've been running with my dad for a couple of months. On Tuesday I ran a mile in 8 minutes 39 seconds at school. My gym teacher timed the whole class. I was leading the whole way and then at the end one of my friends passed me to win.
Today I ran two miles in 22 minutes 23 seconds with my dad. I like to run on the grass better than on the sidewalk. It's better on my joints. I got a side ache. I kept going and breathed harder and deeper. A half mile into the run it started and it kept hurting the whole way. My brother wanted to come with us so he rode his bike.
